This week for writing we were learning about is kapa haka good for us. I did some writing about this topic.
Have you seen the all blacks do the haka well the out a lot of effort into there haka to make then loud.
An other thing is kids when they join kapa haka they get to perfrom at the end of the year which is good for confidence.
Kapa haka alos is a part of moari culture and its good to share culture and in kapa haka you don't have to be in maori culture because its just taking part of something in the school.
Lastly did you know that most schools do kapa haka and they mostly all have there own haka.
I enjoyed writing about kapa haka being good for us.

ReplyDeleteI really like the point you made that you don't have to be Maori to do respect and perform the haka.
I think next time you could have done some extra research, for example you could have researched the meaning behind the haka and why it is important in Maori culture.
